Your verdict
Your company revolves around you.
- More than half your week stops when you stop. Leave for 30 days and about 40 hours of work are waiting when you get back.
- Less than 10% of your time goes to direction. You're executing someone's strategy, and that someone is you, on Sunday night.
- A quarter of your week goes into emergencies. An emergency that comes back every week is a process that doesn't exist.
What the Mirror doesn't see
It shows where your time goes. It doesn't say why it comes back to you: a fuzzy offer, a process never written down, a margin that forces you to control everything. That's what the audit cross-checks with your numbers.
