Terms of use
Last updated: 20 October 2026. Working draft, under legal review.
These terms govern the use of the FounderOS platform, available at
app.founderos.eu, and of this site. By creating an account or using the
platform, you accept them.
1. Who publishes FounderOS
FounderOS is published by MetSAAS, Avenue Guillaume Lefever 10, 1160 Auderghem, Belgium, enterprise number (BCE/KBO) 0727.721.615. The full details are in the legal notice.
2. The service
FounderOS is an operating platform for founders and business leaders: an audit, work modules (strategy, P&L, sales, acquisition, team), an indicator dashboard and a Copilot that helps you draft and review your work.
Some features are optional and need your action:
- The bank connection, through Enable Banking, reads the balances and transactions of the accounts you pick, read-only. It cannot initiate any payment. The details are in the privacy policy.
- Connections to other tools (accounting, spreadsheet, AI assistant) read only what you allow, and you can remove them.
The service is meant for businesses and professionals, not for consumers.
3. Your account
- You sign in through a link sent to your email address. You are responsible for access to that address.
- An account is personal. To work together, each person has their own account, linked to the same company.
- You confirm that the information you give is accurate, and that you have the right to connect your company's bank accounts and tools.
4. What you agree not to do
- Use FounderOS for an unlawful activity, or to process data you have no right to process.
- Try to access another company's data, get around access limits, or disrupt the platform.
- Copy, resell or redistribute the platform, its methods or its content.
5. Your data
What you enter, import or connect stays yours. You give FounderOS the right to use it only to provide the service to you. FounderOS does not sell your data and does not use it for advertising. The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
6. Intellectual property
The platform, its software, methods, texts and visuals belong to the publisher of FounderOS or to its partners. Your access gives you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use, for your company's needs, for as long as your access lasts.
7. What FounderOS is not
The figures, analyses and suggestions FounderOS shows, including those produced by the Copilot, support your decisions. They are not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice, and they do not replace your accountant, auditor or lawyer. You remain responsible for the decisions you take.
8. Availability
FounderOS does its best to keep the platform available and secure, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance may suspend access for a while.
9. Liability
FounderOS is liable for direct damage caused by a breach of these terms, up to the amounts you paid FounderOS over the 12 months before the event that gives rise to the claim. FounderOS is not liable for indirect damage (lost revenue, lost customers, or data you kept no copy of), nor for how third-party services work (your bank, Enable Banking, your other tools). Nothing in these terms excludes a liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.
10. Prices and payment
The audit is free. The financial terms of a paid offer are set out when you order or in the signed contract, including invoicing, payment and any refund.
11. Term and termination
- You can close your account at any time by writing to thibaut@founderos.eu.
- FounderOS may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, after warning you except in an emergency.
- At the end, your data is deleted within the periods set out in the privacy policy.
12. Changes
These terms may change. A significant change is announced to you by email 30 days before it applies.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the courts of Brussels.
