Cohort 2 · starts the week of 2 November

The program

The methods that brought Sortlist back to profitability, installed in your company.

What I wish I'd known ten years earlier. I have applied it in every company I've worked with since.

  • 90 days to install
  • 90 days of guided execution
  • Groups of 8 founders
  • About 1.5 hours a week
Three roped climbers head up together toward the flag.

The calendar

Two phases. One rule: remove bottleneck #1, then the next.

Months 1 to 3

Installation

  1. W1Audit and debrief
  2. W2Strategic Clarity, 90-day roadmap
  3. W3–W5Revenue & Profit Engine
  4. W6–W8Velocity Execution
  5. W9–W11People & Leadership Evolution
  6. W12Re-audit against your day 0, 6-month plan
Months 4 to 6

Guided execution

  • Review of what's executed and what's waiting
  • Challenge on your offers, your hires, your hard decisions
  • Re-audit at 6 months and plan for months 6 to 12

The five installations

What you install, and what stays with you at the end.

Installation 1 · The diagnosis

FounderOS Audit

We open the hood: you, your co-founder, your team, your board if you want, the model, the P&L and the KPIs. We measure the gap between the company you have and the one you want.

  • Your bottlenecks ranked, with your numbers
  • The gap to your goal, in euros
  • The plan for the first 90 days

Installation 2 · Your strategy on one page

Strategic Clarity

A direction no one can misread. We choose the ideal customer, cut the extra bets and keep three battles per quarter.

  • Your printable strategic one-pager
  • Your ideal customer (ICP), documented
  • Three battles and their KPIs

Installation 3 · Margin and sales

Revenue & Profit Engine

Find the euros you already have, then build the machine that brings more in. Three sub-modules: P&L & levers (your margin, offer by offer), Sales Playbook (your sales process, written so someone else can run it), Acquisition & Four Fits (the channel to push).

  • Your management P&L, margin by offer, Break Even
  • Your sales playbook, transferable to someone other than you
  • Your 4 fits assessed and 3 acquisition levers over 12 weeks

Installation 4 · Execution and ownership

Velocity Execution

Decisions turn into results. Every number has an owner, every week has its cadence, and emergencies no longer all come back to you.

  • Your org chart with owners and KPIs
  • Your responsibility matrix and the 10-day test
  • Your 5-number scorecard and your OKRs, reviewed in the War Room with the other founders

Installation 5 · The leadership team

People & Leadership Evolution

The leadership team carries the system. Expectations are written, salaries follow a logic, hiring has a process.

  • Written roles and expectations for every position
  • Salary grid and career paths
  • Hiring process and role-played management cases

The rhythm

About 1.5 hours a week with the cohort. The rest happens with your team.

Hybrid: as a group to learn from others, 1:1 for your company, directly when you're stuck. At day 90 and month 6, you have three documents to put in front of your board: your redone audit, your one-pager and your cockpit.

Cohort session

One hour a week, on Monday or Friday depending on your group, 11:30 to 12:30 Brussels time (CET). A framework, a real example, and what you do with it in your company this week.

War Room

Every two weeks, among founders: your OKRs, what's blocking, and what the others would do in your shoes.

Four 1:1s with Thibaut

Audit review, 90-day roadmap, mid-point, wrap-up. Dates fit your calendar.

Network and introductions

Investors, recruiters, experts, other founders: I introduce you to the people you need for the next stage.

Direct support

A question between sessions, a decision that can't wait: you write to me directly.

3-minute check-in

Your numbers for the week in the platform. The session starts from there, not from a feeling.

The cohorts

8 founders per group, a new cohort every quarter.

Applying goes through the audit, then 20 minutes together, where we confirm your language and your slot.

Before you commit

Two guarantees.

14 days to try it

If FounderOS isn't right for you, you stop and I refund you in full.

Not unblocked in 6 months? I keep going, for free.

If after 6 months we haven't unblocked at least one major constraint in your company, I extend for free until it's done. “Unblocked” is measured: your #1 bottleneck from the first audit moves to “Resolved” or “Less blocking” at the re-audit.

How to apply

The audit, or 20 minutes with me.

With the audit, we first check that your #1 bottleneck is one the program removes.

The price isn't on the site: I give it to you during the 20-minute call, or at the end of the live session. The audit stays free; if you bought the full report (€249), it's deducted from the program.
